Courier Driver (Sprinter Van)
Local / Regional
Ideal for drivers who move fast, stay organized, and communicate professionally with customers and dispatch.
Responsibilities
- Safe, on-time pickup and delivery
- Professional customer interaction at docks and offices
- Accurate delivery confirmation and updates
- Report access issues, delays, or receiver constraints immediately
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication and punctuality
- Clean driving record
- Comfortable with route apps and simple digital updates
- Ability to lift/move packages as needed
Box Truck Driver (Pallet Capable)
Pallet / Freight
Great for experienced drivers who understand pickup windows, dock etiquette, and careful pallet handling.
Responsibilities
- Safe transport of palletized freight and time-sensitive shipments
- Communicate delays, dock holds, and site constraints proactively
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness
- Represent the company professionally at every stop
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with box trucks and pallet freight
- Comfortable with basic paperwork / digital PODs
- Safety-minded and detail-oriented
- Reliable attendance and strong follow-through
Dispatch / Customer Support (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Operations
Perfect for organized communicators who like coordinating details, solving problems, and supporting drivers and customers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate pickups, delivery windows, and route schedules
- Provide proactive customer updates
- Document exceptions (receiver delays, access issues, special requirements)
- Support drivers with real-time communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong phone/email communication
- Attention to detail and calm problem-solving
- Comfortable with basic software/tools
- Logistics/transport background a plus
